We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and schedule-driven Social Media Coordinator to join our remote team.
This is NOT a creative or strategy role.
You will not be responsible for creating content, writing captions, or developing social media strategies. Instead, your primary focus will be scheduling and curating posts based on assets and plans provided by our strategy and creative teams. You’ll keep our content calendars accurate and ensure all posts go out seamlessly and on time.
• Schedule posts across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) using scheduling tools
• Organize and curate visuals, captions, hashtags, and links from pre-existing materials
• Maintain up-to-date social media content calendars for multiple brands
• Double-check scheduled posts for accuracy, correct formatting, and proper links/tags
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to gather all necessary assets
• Track scheduling changes and proactively manage deadlines across accounts
✔ Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
✔ Skilled at juggling multiple schedules and staying on top of deadlines
✔ Comfortable using social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
✔ Focused on precision and consistency rather than creative ideation
✔ Excellent communicator who thrives in a remote work environment
✔ Familiar with social media platforms and different post format
✔ Experience in an agency setting is a plus, but not required
